 Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel any order within 24 hours of submitting an order in writing by sending an email to: orders@newrecognition.com

 

100% General Guarantee

We want you to be happy.  We know you will be happy.  Therefore, we issue this simple Guarantee.

  • Notification: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Within 5 business days of the date on which your order has been received, notify New Recognition at orders@newrecognition.com that you will be returning the order.
  • Within 10 business days of the date on which your order has been received, ship the order back to New Recognition, LLC, 30 Payne Road, Newton, NJ 07860.
  • If the notification and shipping requirements are met, within 20 business days of receipt of the full returned order, New Recognition will issue a credit for the awards.
  • Production Fees and shipping fees are not
  • Any errors in product that is present after proofing are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged and production error orders Guarantee

  • Notification: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage to the awards, or any production error on our part,  notify New Recognition within 5 business days of the date on which your order has been received, at orders@newrecognition.com indicating you will be returning the order.
  • We will replace the damaged or erred awards.
  • New Recognition will ship replacement awards at our expense.
  • New Recognition may request immediate return of damaged or erroneous items to our offices, at our expense, so that we may correct the mistake by most expedient means possible.
  • Returning items must be repackaged ship ready and available for a call tag upon notification.
  • New Recognition will do our best to correct any damage to awards or errors in ordering in time to supply for your stated presentation date; however, that cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any errors in product that is present after proofing are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check all spelling and all copy for errors at the time of ordering.

  • Substantial revisions following order placement may be subject to additional production charges.
  • Orders requiring more than 1 round of proofing may be subject to additional production charges.
  • For handling artwork such as logos for covers and imprint, please refer to artwork specifications sheet to ensure highest quality output possible. New Recognition reserves the right to cancel order without penalty if artwork supplied cannot meet production standards.
  • Our standard turnaround is 21 days. Please provide us with your presentation date as we double-check timing of delivery.  We recommend placing your order 31 days prior to your presentation date.
